What can the OnlyOne PCA do for you?

Professional call answering - OnlyOne PCA professionally
answers all of your incoming calls. If you are available, the call is
directed to the phone you choose to take the call. If you are
unavailable, the caller is given the option of leaving a voicemail
message.

Callers only need to remember one number - Callers will
never again have to make multiple calls to your cell, home or business
in order to reach you. One number is all that they will have to
remember.

Caller announcement - You hear the name of the caller
before the call is connected to you. Take the call if you feel it is
urgent, or send the caller discreetly and politely to voice mail for
later attention.

Call privacy - Make outbound calls from any phone using
the OnlyOne system and maintain call privacy. If a caller returns a call
using Caller ID, the call is returned to your OnlyOne number keeping

you a voicemail by pressing a button. You don't need to write down
or remember the number.

Fax to e-mail - Callers can fax to your OnlyOne number.
The fax is delivered directly to your computer as an e-mail attachment.

One Voicemail system - Callers will not have to guess
which voicemail (work, cell, home, other) service that you check first
or most often. Your OnlyOne PCA will funnel all voicemails into
the OnlyOne Voice Messaging system. The PCA will notify you and
put all messages into one place.

Voice messages to e-mail - As you check your e-mail, you
can check your voice mail messages as well. All voice mails are sent
directly to your computer as e-mail attachments.

Notification - Whenever anyone leaves you a voicemail and
anytime someone sends you a fax, the OnlyOne PCA will notify you and let
you know you have a voicemail or a fax.

Voicemail without ringing - Callers can leave you a
non-urgent message without ringing any of your phones or interrupting
you with a live call.

Call Transfer - With the OnlyOne PCA, you can transfer a
call to any other number or directly to your voicemail box regardless of
which phone you answered from.

experience a hard cost savings. Using the fax to e-mail feature may
